At Kaveri Collective, we want you to love your artisanal pieces, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that all tags must remain attached and items must be free of any signs of wear to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and protective bags are included.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
